Nordstrom Boots FLSA Claims In Wage-And-Hour Suits

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 7:13 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday trimmed Fair Labor Standards Act claims in two wage-and-hour class actions brought by Nordstrom Inc. salespeople, but allowed their breach of contract and state labor law claims to proceed.
