Samsung Loses Bid To Seal Sales Data In Apple IP Dispute

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 2:49 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday denied Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s bid to keep sealed sales information for some of its products in its patent infringement dispute with Apple Inc., pending the outcome of an appeal in the Federal Circuit of an earlier sealing order.
