Ex-Troutman Atty Dodges Sanctions Bid

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 1:50 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Christmas Eve denied motions from law firm Troutman Sanders LLP and affiliates of real estate mogul Rubin Schron for sanctions against a former Troutman partner and an affiliate in a suit over a billion-dollar nursing home operator deal.
