Pom Asks Supreme Court To Review Coca-Cola Labeling Fight

Law360, Chicago (January 2, 2013, 5:42 PM EST) -- Pom Wonderful LLC has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take up its suit accusing The Coca-Cola Co. of violating the Lanham Act by misleadingly labeling its Minute Maid pomegranate-blueberry juice blend, arguing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's authority does not preclude its claim.
