Atlantic City Strip Club Sues Over Ads Pulled From Toll Roads

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 4:57 PM EST) -- An Atlantic City all-nude gentleman’s club has brought suit in New Jersey federal court accusing HMS Host Toll Roads Inc. and state transportation officials of violating the First Amendment by removing its ads from the Atlantic City Expressway and the Garden State Parkway.

In the Dec. 28 complaint, Bare Exposure, through its parent PRBA Corp., accuses HMS of discriminating against its adult-entertainment business by pulling its ads and informational brochures from HMS-operated service and rest plazas along the two government-owned toll roads.
