US Sues Courthouse Contractor Over Subcontract Payments

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 5:28 PM EST) -- The U.S. government on Wednesday hit a company that oversaw construction projects for Minneapolis' federal office building and federal courthouse with a lawsuit alleging it failed to fully pay the subcontractor for its portion of the work.

On behalf of Titan Drywall LLC, the U.S. sued Madison Services Inc., saying it owes Titan slightly more than $53,000 for three different projects at the buildings. Madison regularly contracts with the General Services Administration.
