5th Circ. Lets Chubb Off Hook In $20M Diet Aid Coverage Row

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 4:16 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Wednesday upheld a lower court’s finding that Chubb Custom Insurance Co. had no duty to defend CSA Nutraceuticals GP LLC in a $20 million false advertising class action because the underlying suit did not seek recovery for bodily injury.
