Lehman's Bad Faith Claims Stick In Fidelity Coverage Row

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 1:58 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday said Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. can't dodge bad faith claims in a $15 million coverage lawsuit over a sour real estate investment brought by a Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. subsidiary even though it's providing a defense in underlying litigation.
