Pinnacle Asks Judge To OK $52M Deals With Pilots, Delta

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 2:21 PM EST) -- Pinnacle Airlines Corp. on Wednesday sought a New York bankruptcy judge’s permission to increase its available financing by $52 million under new agreements with its lender, Delta Air Lines Inc., that it says is crucial to its eventual exit from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

In a motion before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the Memphis, Tenn.-based regional carrier said if the court does not authorize the additional funds, its liquidity will become insufficient by next month.
