Texas Court Says Illegal Workers Can Recover Lost Wages

Law360, Dallas (January 3, 2013, 8:28 PM EST) -- A Texas court has held that federal immigration laws don’t preempt workers who are in the country illegally from recovering damages for lost wages or loss of earning capacity under state tort law.
