Large Real Estate Deal Closings Rose 34% At End Of 2012

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 6:08 PM EST) -- Pushed through in part by fiscal cliff fears, the number of institutional investor-sized real estate deals that closed in the last quarter of 2012 was 34 percent higher than the same period the year before, real estate data and analytics company CoStar Group Inc. said Wednesday.
