Trex Dodges Faulty Deck Fraud Claims For Now

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 2:31 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday pared fraud claims from a putative class action accusing deck manufacturer Trex Co. Inc. of using defective materials that easily mold and decay, finding the allegations did not contain enough detail, but allowed the plaintiff to amend the complaint.
