Job Offer Calls Don't Violate TCPA, Health Insurer Says

Law360, Los Angeles (January 4, 2013, 7:58 PM EST) -- United American Insurance Co. asked a California federal judge on Thursday to dismiss a Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action over prerecorded phone calls advertising the company’s job openings, saying the law doesn’t ban offers of potential employment.
