Toyota Calls No Harm, No Foul In Hybrid Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (January 7, 2013, 10:23 PM EST) -- Toyota Motor Corp. urged a California federal judge Monday to deny certification in a putative class action over an alleged defect in the braking system of hybrid vehicles, saying consumers suffered no injury because Toyota fixed the problem through a recall.
