Claims Flushed From Exploding Toilet Class Action

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 2:28 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday stripped multiple claims from a class action accusing Flushmate of misleading consumers about defects in its pressurized flushing mechanisms despite knowing that the flaws could cause toilets to explode and lead to property damage and physical injury.
