GNC Workers Win Cert. In Suit Over Closing Time Tasks

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 2:38 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday granted class status to a group of current and former General Nutrition Corp. employees who sued the retailer claiming they weren't properly paid for closing time duties such as depositing cash from store registers.
