Ship Owner Claims 'Whale Wars' Host Lied About Sinking

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 3:20 PM EST) -- The owner of a ship that sank after a run-in with Japanese whalers on the reality series “Whale Wars” hit the show's host with a $5 million contract breach lawsuit in Los Angeles court Monday, alleging the TV star scuttled the boat for publicity.
