AT&T, Nokia Drop LCD Antitrust Claims Against AUO, Others

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 4:04 PM EST) -- AT&T Mobility LLC and Nokia Corp. have dropped antitrust claims against AU Optronics Corp. and other liquid crystal display manufacturers accused in multidistrict litigation of participating in an international price-fixing conspiracy, according to court documents filed Tuesday in California.
