ConocoPhillips Asks Texas Court To Ax Gas Royalties Claim

Law360, Dallas (January 10, 2013, 8:40 PM EST) -- ConocoPhillips argued to the Texas Supreme Court on Thursday that a group of landowners seeking more money for natural gas royalties had improperly added a new theory of recovery after their class was certified, saying the new claim should be thrown out.
