Skadden Wants ERISA Suit Gutted

Law360 (November 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- As it fights a putative class action brought by two former employees who say the firm cheated them out of pension benefits, New York powerhouse firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking to have some claims tossed now and another month to answer the rest.
