Judge Considers Fate Of Emissions Law

Law360 (November 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Auto makers and the state of California could find out as soon as next week whether a judge will throw out a state law regarding vehicle emissions standards following a related Supreme Court decision earlier this year.

Lawyers for the state and associations representing large auto companies around the world argued before Judge Anthony W. Ishii in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on Monday.
