Microsoft Concerned By 'Loophole' In FTC-Google Patent Deal

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 6:27 PM EST) -- Google Inc.'s settlement with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission includes a loophole that could let it skirt the deal's restrictions on seeking injunctions based on standard-essential patents, a top attorney for Google rival Microsoft Corp. said Tuesday.
