Feds Can't Stay Seedco FCA Case Amid Criminal Probe

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 2:33 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday denied the government’s bid to stay a civil False Claims Act suit against Structured Employment Economic Development Corp., a nonprofit that ran job placement centers, while prosecutors prepare criminal charges against the group’s managers.
