Alza Wins Dismissal Of Ditropan Suit

Law360, New York (November 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has closed the book on the direct purchasers' case over Ditropan XL, after American Sales Co. failed to amend its complaint to show how Alza Corp. could have conspired with another Johnson & Johnson subsidiary to keep generic copies of the incontinence drug from entering the market.
