Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 2:59 PM EST) -- Five months after a federal jury found that networking equipment supplier A10 Networks Inc. had infringed three patents held by rival Brocade Communications Systems Inc., a California magistrate judge Thursday issued an injunction barring further use of the technology.
The judge also refused to vacate a $60 million copyright infringement award against A10 — another part of the jury's August verdict — over the company's use of Brocade computer algorithms. The decisions came in separate orders.
