J&J Exec Says Vaginal Mesh Product Passed Safety Tests

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 7:48 PM EST) -- An executive of Johnson and Johnson's Ethicon Inc. told a New Jersey jury Friday that the company did not rush a vaginal mesh product through safety checks to beat a competitor to market, disputing allegations made by a woman who says the product caused her organ damage.
