Brickman Seeks Sanctions For Atty Misconduct In FCA Suit

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 8:20 PM EST) -- Brickman Group LLC sought sanctions in Ohio federal court on Friday against counsel representing a former employee in a suit accusing the landscaping company of overcharging a government real estate manager, saying an attorney emailed secretly recorded telephone conversations with Brickman to its clients and to news outlets.
