Children's Place Pays $1.5M For Workers' Evening Bank Runs

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 1:53 PM EST) -- Kids' clothing seller The Children's Place Retail Stores Inc. agreed to pay up to $1.5 million to settle a putative class' allegations in Illinois federal court that the company didn't properly pay employees for after-work bank deposits, according to a filing from Friday.
