Evidence Bar In Paper Cartel Suit Won't Get High Court Review

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 1:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to consider Stora Enso North America Corp.'s challenge of a ruling in a paper antitrust suit, rejecting SENA's argument that the high court should clearly define evidence standards for securing summary judgment in certain price-fixing cases.
