NJ Landfill Owner Stops Work Amid Outcry Over Odors

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 9:11 PM EST) -- The owner of a Roxbury, N.J., landfill that has jousted with the state and a putative class of residents over halting closure operations at the 102-acre site has opted to voluntarily stop that work, based on a recent school district message about potentially harmful odors from the property.
