Fed. Circ. Upholds Orion Exclusion From $1B Army Contract

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 10:07 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed the U.S. Army's win in a bid protest by Orion Technology Inc., finding a lower court erred in its reasoning but correctly ruled the contractor was reasonably excluded from a shared $983 million contract because of missing subcontract information in Orion's bid.
