New Line Seeks Injunction Against Documentary

Law360 (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- New Line Cinema Corp. has sought a court injunction in its $10 million copyright infringement suit to block a documentary from being released on home video at the same time the studio plans to show the movie, “The Golden Compass,” in theaters.
