Los Angeles Greenlights New Solar Buyback Program

Law360, San Diego (January 14, 2013, 6:08 PM EST) -- The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power approved a program Friday that will allow customers to sell back excess solar power generated from rooftops and parking lots to the utility, setting in motion what advocates are calling the largest urban rooftop solar initiative in the U.S.
