Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 7:51 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Monday ruled a district court correctly tossed a Philadelphia real estate partnership's lawsuit against new city zoning laws, saying the group failed to prove its entitlement to damages from a riverfront high-rise project stymied by the measures.
