Troutman Tries To Kill $40M Mariner Malpractice Suit In NY

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 7:53 PM EST) -- Troutman Sanders LLP moved in New York federal court Monday to dismiss a malpractice and fraud suit by former client Mariner Health Care Inc. for allegedly helping a real estate client of the firm steal $40 million from a $1.3 billion Mariner merger deal, arguing the New York court lacks jurisdiction.
