NJ High Court Tackles Post-Ch. 11 Asbestos Coverage Row

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 4:06 PM EST) -- A bankruptcy decision that notice failings prevented Celotex Corp. from securing excess insurance coverage for asbestos-related claims at the time shouldn't bar a company trust from now obtaining coverage for more recent claims, an attorney for the trust told the New Jersey Supreme Court on Tuesday.
