Northwest Objects To $20M Claim

Law360, New York (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A $20 million aircraft lease has become the latest bone of contention in the Chapter 11 case of Northwest Airlines, with the carrier disputing the right of both the aircraft owner and the bank acting as owner trustee to make a claim in the bankruptcy proceedings.
