Art Buchwald's Estate Sues Citibank For Negligence

Law360, Los Angeles (January 15, 2013, 7:28 PM EST) -- Citibank NA has been sued for negligence by the son of Art Buchwald for allegedly allowing Kenneth Starr, who was later convicted of running a $35 million Ponzi scheme, to open a home equity line of credit on the late Washington Post columnist’s property and secure unauthorized advances on the loan.
