Names Of Contractor's Workers Not Disclosable, Court Says

Law360, Philadelphia (January 15, 2013, 4:33 PM EST) -- A third-party contractor for a Pennsylvania county agency does not have to turn over names, dates of birth and hire dates for employees to a reporter under the state’s Right to Know Law after Monday's ruling by a state appellate court that the information doesn't touch on the services the company provides.
