RE Mogul Seeks To Add Claims Against Ex-Troutman Atty

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 5:50 PM EST) -- Real estate mogul Rubin Schron urged a New York state judge Tuesday to allow him to add more allegations to his suit against a former Troutman Sanders LLP attorney and others over a billion-dollar 2004 nursing home acquisition, saying it would block "technical" appeals.

Schron, whose holdings include tens of thousands of apartments and a stake in Manhattan's iconic Woolworth Building, and his ex-attorney Leonard Grunstein have been battling each other in several lawsuits stemming from the 2004 deal for nursing home operator Mariner Health Services...
