Ex-FEMA Official Cops To Conflict Over Polling Contract

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 4:59 PM EST) -- A former Federal Emergency Management Agency official on Tuesday copped to a conflict-of-interest charge in federal court that accused him of helping a company purportedly identified as Gallup Inc. negotiate a $6 million subcontract with the agency while he was in job talks with the polling organization.
