Lennar Enters Rental Biz With $1B In Planned Projects

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 3:08 PM EST) -- Miami-based homebuilder Lennar Corp. has set up a more than $1 billion pipeline for construction of new multifamily rental properties across the country, with plans to invest up to $100 million of the company's funds in 3,000 new apartments by the end of the year, Lennar said Tuesday.
