News Orgs Say Del.'s 'Secret' Arbitrations Unconstitutional

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 2:13 PM EST) -- Twelve news organizations, including The Associated Press, News Corp., Gannett Co. Inc. and The New York Times Co., urged the Third Circuit Monday to affirm that a Delaware law giving the state's Court of Chancery the power to secretly arbitrate business disputes is unconstitutional.
