Court Sets Auction Date For Marcal Paper Mills

Law360 (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal bankruptcy court judge has approved bidding procedures for Marcal Paper Mills Inc., setting Jan. 15 as the date for the company to put its assets on the auction block.
