Court Upholds AT&T's Sale Of Partnership Assets

Law360 (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday axed the last issues from a suit that limited partners in nine AT&T Wireless Inc.-controlled cell phone businesses had filed against the wireless giant over its sale of the partnerships' assets.

J&J Celcom, S&D Partnership, CellCal IX-T9, Delchi Corp. and thirteen individuals, all of them minority interest owners in nine general partnerships involving cell phone businesses, had filed the suit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington in 2003.
