Law360, Los Angeles (January 17, 2013, 5:10 PM EST) -- A California federal judge refused Wednesday to certify a class action accusing Chase Bank USA NA of misleading Circuit City credit card holders, saying the plaintiff may have violated the consumer credit card agreement by using the card for business purposes.
