Concepcion Derails Macy's Worker's OT Claims In Calif.

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 2:05 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday refused to revive an ex-Macy's Inc. worker's putative class claims in an overtime suit, applying the U.S. Supreme Court’s Concepcion ruling and rejecting the plaintiff’s argument that the National Labor Relations Board’s controversial D.R. Horton ruling applied.
