Law360, Los Angeles (January 17, 2013, 4:42 PM EST) -- A former Vernon, Calif., administrator who received California's largest public pension sued the state's employee pension fund on Wednesday, arguing it couldn't slash his retirement pay from over $500,000 to $115,000 per year because it approved his hefty pay years earlier and couldn't revisit the matter.
