Credit Suisse Can't Hide 'Unflattering' Claims In $296M Suit

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 2:50 PM EST) -- Credit Suisse AG affiliates can't prevent the public from seeing new "unflattering" allegations that they stuffed mortgages they knew full well were shoddy into securities insured by MBIA Inc., a New York state judge ruled during a hearing Thursday.
