FLSA Action Claims Crunch Shortchanged Personal Trainers

Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 4:06 PM EST) -- Popular fitness chain Crunch LLC on Wednesday was hit with a proposed class action in California from personal trainers who claim they were denied overtime pay and reimbursement for work-related expenses.
